Terms & Refunds

The planner, the on-screen cut list and the spacing calculators are free to use. You are welcome to use them for your own projects.

The Build Pack is an optional one-time purchase (currently £9.99). It is a digital download containing working drawings, a cutting plan, a shopping list and cost estimate, and related files for the design you made. It is licensed for your own building projects. Please do not resell or redistribute it.

Payment is taken securely by Stripe. The download is made available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and you can re-download it or restore it by email afterwards.

The planner and the Build Pack are tools to help you plan. The measurements, quantities and costs they produce are estimates based on the information you enter. Timber sizes, prices and site conditions vary.

You are responsible for checking all measurements and quantities yourself before cutting material or buying anything. Always measure your own wall and confirm figures before you commit. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for wasted materials, miscuts, incorrect purchases or other losses arising from relying on the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Build Pack is a digital download delivered instantly. By buying it, you ask us to make it available straight away and you agree that, once the download has started, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase.

That said, we want you to be happy with it. If something is wrong, for example you cannot download the pack or it does not work as described, email us at hello@wallpanelplanner.com and we will help or arrange a refund.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may change or withdraw features over time.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
